A self-inspirating pilot burner that are able to pre-mix fuel gas and air for ignition. The system requires external fuel source, designed with single source of ignition, high energy form of electronic ignition system – manual or automatic ignition via PLC control.

TCR High Energy Ignitor (HEI) operates at a lower voltage, 2000 volt to deliver a high energy spark to lit up pilot fuel gas. Our HEI is reliable and would not have problems of ‘wandering electrodes’ as electrodes are encapsulated and protected in a rod.

Ignitor components includes single or dual element type-K thermocouple and transformer fault sensor.
