Kasawari Field is located in Block SK316 with a water depth of 108 m, approximately 200 km offshore from PETRONAS LNG Complex (PLC) in Bintulu, Sarawak. PETRONAS Carigali is undertaking Kasawari Development Project to evacuate Block SK316 sales gas from Central Luconia Province Basin to PETRONAS LNG Complex (PLC). Kasawari Complex will consist of one (1) Central Processing Platform (CPP) linked via two (2) bridges to one (1) 9-slot Wellhead Platform (WHP) and one (1) Flare Structure respectively.
Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad (MMHE) awarded the contract to TCRSB in 2020 the Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (EPCIC) of the new flaring system on the Flare Structure.
TCRSB scope of supply:
- 60-inch HP Flare Tip with pilot assemblies
- 74-inch LP Flare Tip with pilot assemblies
- Flare ignition package – Electronic ignition as primary and FFG as secondary ignition
- LPG cylinder skid as back up
